This keynote is conducted by Oskar Andermo, the co-founder of Hotelovate, who has worked in hospitality since he was 15 years old, when his father opened up a restaurant in Sweden. He has worked for hotels in Sweden, Australia, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates. His work and studies in more than seven countries have given him a broad understanding and respect for different cultures.
